Halo Program
Patients and families often ask us how they can say “thank you” for the outstanding compassion and care Valley Children’s provides. Perhaps you’ve already expressed your appreciation with a hug, handshake or note, but feel you want to do something more. If so, we invite you to participate in our Halo Program.
The Halo Program is a simple way for grateful patients, families and friends to acknowledge an exceptional caregiver who went above and beyond to make their experience at Valley Children’s a little easier. Whether you choose to honor an outstanding physician or nurse, an attentive dietitian, a cheerful housekeeper, or perhaps a caring chaplain or volunteer, your donation is a meaningful opportunity to say “thank you” and help future patients and families at the same time.
Make A Gift in Your Caregiver’s Honor
You can show appreciation for your special caregiver by making a gift of any amount to Valley Children’s in their honor. As a charitable, nonprofit organization, Valley Children’s relies on the generosity of individuals like you to help recruit the best caregivers, offer the latest treatments and invest in state-of-the-art technologies. By honoring your special caregiver with a Halo recognition, your contribution will directly affect our ability to ensure expert medical care for kids age 0 to 21 throughout Central California, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Acknowledge Your Caregiver

Your caregiver will receive a special note notifying them of your acknowledgement, as well as a custom-designed Halo lapel pin symbolizing service excellence. Your honoree will also be recognized in Valley Children's Foundation publications.
