Valley Children's Patient Portal
Our online portals for Inpatient Services and Outpatient Services allow your family to communicate with us easily and safely – according to your schedule. Using your own secure password, you can log in 24 hours a day from the comfort and privacy of your home or office.
Families can access our online portal for services their child received during his or her hospital stay, including to:
- View medications
- Retrieve test results and view reports 72 hours after completion
- Update your address and contact information
- Research pediatric health topics
- Obtain patient visit summaries
- Ask a staff member (i.e., the child's nurse)
- Call us at 559.353.3000
We are now back online! However, to reduce future data overload and make it easier for patients and parents to quickly access current information on the portal, your past lab result history is no longer visible. Going forward, only lab results as of July 1, 2015, will display on your portal. We may periodically reset the lab result start date to maintain this status.
Previous Lab Results
You may access previous lab results by coming to Valley Children’s Hospital Health Information Management (HIM) Department. You will be asked to sign an authorization form allowing us to release the records. The HIM office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information or questions, please call HIM at 559.353.5404.
Inpatient Portal Services

You will be able to continue to access the portal for services you or your child received while at Valley Children’s, including:
- Viewing medications
- Retrieving test results and viewing reports
- Updating your address and contact information
- Researching pediatric health topics
- Obtaining patient visit summaries
