Pelandale Specialty Care Center

Continued Commitment to North Valley Children

Valley Children’s has cared for Stanislaus County children since we opened our Hospital doors in 1952. In 2002, we opened our first outpatient specialty care center in Modesto to support pediatricians, family practice and obstetrical physicians in the region. Our outpatient center saw more than 12,000 outpatient visits last year. That number is expected to grow to more than 27,500 annual visits in the next decade.

To meet this growing need, Valley Children’s is once again investing in the community. Construction is complete on Pelandale Specialty Care Center, a 40,000-square-foot building that sits on six acres in north Modesto. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to create a warm, friendly environment for families. It opened February 4, 2019.
