Why did you chose Valley Children’s Pediatric Residency Program?
I was drawn to the passion and enthusiasm that residents and faculty have for their jobs. I knew that I would love to join a team that serves such a large patient population and who have such a profound commitment to helping the community.

Hobbies:
Hanging out with my two dogs, baking, watching TV shows and movies on Netflix and Disney+ and drawing

Advocacy and Research Interests and Accomplishments:
My prior research was focused on the assessment of the impact of Hurricane María on people with Alzheimer’s disease in Puerto Rico by evaluating their perceived needs and changes in their overall health.

Care Philosophy:
I believe in helping all patients regardless of their race, sexual orientation, beliefs or socioeconomic background. I also believe that every patient should be treated as a whole, taking into consideration all of the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that influence their health.
