Why did you choose Valley Children's Pediatric Residency Program?
I chose Valley Children's because of their emphasis on advocacy and community service. It is an honor to join in Valley Children’s mission to provide compassionate care to the children of the Central Valley.

Advocacy and Research Interests and Accomplishments:
During medical school, I volunteered at a student run clinic for the underserved Latino community. I have participated in research projects looking at how we can better support breastfeeding women.
I believe in family-centered care and the importance of preventative health and promotion of healthy lifestyles for our children. I am committed to providing the compassionate care that I would expect for my own family.
