In 2022, Dr. Lynsa Nguyen joined Valley Children’s Maternal Fetal Medicine Center.

Prior to Valley Children’s, Dr. Nguyen served as a clinical instructor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Tennessee. In addition to being a clinical instructor, Dr. Nguyen served as a resident mentor, helping students develop research projects. She also helped develop and execute simulations through the resident simulation program.

Dr. Nguyen is an active member of a variety of national and local professional organizations, including the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine, and the Fresno Madera Medical Society. She has presented numerous lectures and her own research has been shared in a variety of peer reviewed journals and presentations, including the American Journal of Reproductive Immunology and the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine Annual Meeting in 2021.

After receiving her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Nguyen went on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at University of California San Francisco-Fresno. Following her residency, she completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
