Physicians are welcome to join us on Thursday, April 1 from 12:15-1p.m. for a lunch and learn event in our Physician Leadership Academy series. In this activity participants will discover the power of consistently generating small wins, and encouraging even the most junior member of your team by using strategies like MBWA (manage by walking around), clear, effective feedback, forums, team action plans, and listening to and promoting diverse perspectives.
