Focus on Improved Outcomes

As the only hospital in Central California that participates in the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP), Valley Children’s is advancing surgical care for all children. Sponsored by the American College of Surgeons, this important quality initiative collects and reports surgical outcomes in a national database for quality improvement. Participants are able to review actionable clinical surgery outcome data to improve care in pediatric surgery.
