Rob Saroyan is president of Valley Children’s Healthcare Foundation.

Rob came to Valley Children’s in March 2014 from an area healthcare facility, where he served as vice president and chief development officer for its Foundation for 13 years. Prior to that, he was senior development director at the California State University, Fresno Foundation/Save Mart Center.

Rob’s previous positions include working in the California State Capitol as an assistant to Gov. George Deukmejian in public affairs as a member of the Governor’s Advance Team. Originally appointed by Gov. Deukmejian, he also served as advisor to the chair, California Integrated Waste Management Board, under Gov. Pete Wilson.

Now bringing his expertise in philanthropy and development to our team, Rob’s goal is to help Valley Children’s Hospital – one of the largest children’s hospitals of its kind in the country – develop a philanthropic program that also ranks among the most trusted in the country.

Rob, a California native, is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his young son, traveling throughout the world and meeting new people.
