Kellie Dyer, MBA
Vice President, Facilities and Construction
Kellie Dyer serves as Vice President of Facilities and Construction at Valley Children’s Healthcare. In this role, she oversees facilities and infrastructure, construction, supply chain, environmental services, culinary services and security operations. Kellie is also responsible for serving as the hospital’s primary liaison with local and state law enforcement partners to ensure the safety and security of patients, families and staff.
Kellie provides strategic direction for the development, management and implementation of initiatives that enhance Valley Children’s facilities and campus infrastructure. She also leads efforts to drive efficient utilization of resources, optimize energy and water use, and advance sustainability and operational excellence across the organization.
Kellie joined Valley Children’s in 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science, School and Community Health from Fresno State and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands. A Fresno State volleyball alumna, she attended on a full athletic scholarship.
In her free time, Kellie enjoys the outdoors and is an avid boater and off roader. She is a strong supporter of Fresno State Athletics and a mentor for student athletes.
