Our family-centered care facility has Patient Representatives available to help facilitate any questions or concerns you may have about your care. They can assist you by explaining policies, connecting you with the appropriate staff, answering questions or assisting with problem solving. Our Patient Representatives provide a formal mechanism for the investigation of all complaints.
