The Fresno Truck Center Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program Scholarship
Valley Children’s is proud to offer academic and vocational scholarships for patients in The Fresno Truck Center Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program. Scholarships support childhood cancer survivors as they pursue higher education, career training and vocational programs.
Required Materials
The scholarship application is completed online for your convenience. It is a continuous online form and all required materials must be uploaded at the time of submission. We recommend preparing all required documents before you begin in order to successfully submit your application.
Please be ready to complete/upload the following:
- Transcript: Current or most recent school transcript (official or unofficial)
- Letter of Recommendation: One (1) letter (cannot be a family member or a Valley Children’s employee)

Application Deadline: All applications and supplemental documents must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2026.
