Remote Access Portal

Valley Children’s Remote Access Portal makes connecting to information easier! Think of this as your one-stop-shop for accessing information on the Valley Children’s network. The portal allows you to connect to multiple types of remote access systems, based on your user profile, all from one simple user interface.

Getting started (first-time use)

Employees

Begin by calling the ITS Service Desk at 559-353-7300 to request your one-time PIN. Once you have your PIN, visit the link below to enroll your mobile device and complete the multi-factor authentication process. For help with the enrollment process, refer to the SecureAuth App Setup Guide

Multi-Factor Authentication Setup Portal

Non-Employees (e.g., vendors and consultants)

Start by submitting the Non-Employee Remote Access Agreement Form. After your request is approved, you’ll receive your username, password, and one-time PIN by email. Once you have your credentials, visit the link below to enroll your mobile device and complete multi-factor authentication. Virtual Desktop (VDI) Access

If you need access to a virtual desktop through the portal, additional steps are required. Employees must complete mobile device training and submit the Employee Remote Access Acknowledgment Form. Once approved, the ITS Service Desk will send a confirmation email.
