will be prewashed and the stems already removed.
1 pound fresh or frozen whole green beans
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Butter-flavored cooking spray
Microwave beans according to
package directions. Spray sliced almonds lightly with butter-flavored cooking spray
toast lightly in a small nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add to cooked beans.
Each serving contains about 95 calories, 4 g protein, 6 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 8
g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, and 28 mg sodium.
