About Me
Board certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Stephanie Motie joined Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group in August 2011 as a pediatric anesthesiologist.
Recently completing her postgraduate education and training, Dr. Motie earned her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Mass. She did a transitional year internship at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Penn. She completed an anesthesiology residency at New York University in New York, N.Y., and a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at Duke University in Durham, N.C.
Dr. Motie has published in peer-reviewed publications such as the Journal of Maternal-Fetal and Neonatal Medicine and has presented on various topics in her field.
In her free time, Dr. Motie enjoys reading, golfing, playing the piano, drawing, singing, knitting, photography, hiking and skiing.
