About Me
Dr. Nadeem Mousa is a Valley Children's Primary Care Group pediatrician at Adventist Health in Reedley. He has extensive international and domestic experience in providing quality primary care for infants and children. Dr. Mousa values communication; he believes that optimal health can only be achieved when patients and families are included and invited to play an active role in their care.
After earning his medical degree from the Ain-Sham University in Cairo, Egypt, Dr. Mousa was a visiting scientist and research scholar at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he worked closely with a team of pediatric healthcare providers on collecting research data about cystic fibrosis and inflammatory lung diseases. He then went on to complete his pediatric residency training at Bronxcare Health System/Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in The Bronx, New York.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mousa has been motivated by a curiosity to learn new things. This curiosity fueled his clinical research, which he has presented at the Pediatric Academic Societies 2021 conference and has published in peer-reviewed publications, including World Allergy Organization Journal and the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
Dr. Mousa is passionate about serving underserved populations, correcting health disparities, advancing diversity and inclusion in medicine, and medical education.
