About Me
Board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine, Dr. Kultar Singh joined Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group as a neonatologist in October 2025, providing neonatology services at Community Regional Medical Group.
He brings extensive experience in neonatology, having previously served as Associate Medical Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Florida Hospital for Children. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Singh serves as an assistant clinical professor volunteer at UCSF School of Medicine.
Dr. Singh received his bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery from the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur, India. He completed his pediatric residency at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey and later completed a neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship at Women & Infants’ Hospital of Rhode Island, affiliated with Brown University.
Dr. Singh has made significant research contributions through numerous publications and presentations at regional and international conferences, including the Society for Pediatric Research. He has delivered invited presentations and teachings, led audit and quality improvement projects and actively participated in hospital committees.
