Holly Rose, MD

Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Holly Rose joined Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group as a pediatric emergency medicine physician in August 2025.

Dr. Rose received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Following her residency, she served as pediatric chief resident, practicing both pediatric hospital medicine and pediatric primary care. She went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at Riley Hospital for Children, Indiana University School of Medicine, where she also held the role of schedule and education coordinator and later served as pediatric fast-track physician at Riley Hospital for Children.

Dr. Rose also served as a physician educator for Pediatric Community Outreach Mobile Education (PCOME), a program to help improve pediatric readiness and quality of care for pediatric patients seen in general emergency departments.

Dr. Rose has special interests in pediatric pre-hospital and EMS medicine, as well as graduate medical and residency education. She has shared her expertise through publications, poster presentations at national conferences and oral presentations at both the local and national levels.

In her free time, Dr. Rose enjoys reading, snowboarding and spending time with her family.
