Brian Lee, MD

Board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology, Dr. Brian Lee joined Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group as a pediatric cardiologist in 2022. As part of the team at the Willson Heart Center, he serves as the director of the Single Ventricle Home Monitoring Program.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Brian Lee worked at Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois where he completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology.

Dr. Lee's research has been published in notable peer-reviewed journals, including a publication on alpha-blockade during congenital heart surgery admissions featured in Pediatric Cardiology. He has also presented his research in Washington, D.C. through oral and poster presentations discussing topics of depression, anxiety and stress in parents of patients with congenital heart disease.

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Dr. Lee went on to complete his pediatric residency at the University of California, Irvine.

Through his exceptional work, Dr. Lee has been dedicated to caring for fetuses, infants, children and adolescents with cardiovascular or cardiac abnormalities.
