This session will explore tried and true ways to build community and spirit within our teams and celebrate victories by recognizing successes and contributions using the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Discover their workplace love language and how the unique ways people prefer to express and receive praise and kudos at work can impact team dynamics and culture.
• Discover the six top things that can be done to inspire their team.
• Review awareness strategies in the workplace to identify struggling teammates and how to help them.
