PGY2 Pharmacy Fellowship
Valley Children's Hospital offers a one-year, intensive PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency designed to provide pharmacists with advanced training across a variety of pediatric specialty practice areas, including critical care, neonatal intensive care, hematology/oncology, emergency medicine, infectious diseases, and ambulatory care. In addition to developing expertise in the provision of pharmaceutical care for pediatric patients, the residency emphasizes scholarly activity through a significant research project. Throughout this experience, the PGY2 resident works closely with pharmacy preceptors and physician collaborators to design, conduct, and complete a research study suitable for presentation and publication.
