Services Offered and Conditions Treated

Valley Children’s Home Care offers an array of services in the homes of children with acute and chronic illnesses. Our products and services are groups into four categories:

  1. Home enteral nutrition services
  2. Home health nursing services
  3. Home infusion therapy services
  4. Home oxygen and respiratory care services


We are also contracted with most insurance companies and health plans and partner with various Valley Children’s specialties to provide a full range of support for patients. We also provide 24-hour on call nursing services and clinical assistance. Our services include:

  • Home caregiver teaching (antibiotics, enteral pump therapy, IV, total parenteral nutrition (TPN))
  • Home infusion services, including peripheral IV and central line therapy
  • Home nutritional assessment and teaching
  • Occupational therapy (by referral)
  • Pediatric home nursing assessments and case management
  • Physical therapy (by referral)

Hemophilia Treatment Center

Valley Children’s Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) is a federally-recognized program providing family-centered, state-of-the-art medical and psychosocial services, education and research. In partnership with the HTC, Valley Children’s Home Care provides:

  • Clinical assessments of patients
  • Recommendations for appropriate therapy
  • School reintegration program
  • Educational sessions for patients and families
  • Wide range of pediatric ancillary supplies
  • Delivery of supplies to home, work or clinic
  • Pediatric RNs specialized and skilled in IV access and line care
  • Consultation with pediatric home infusion pharmacists
  • Coordination with Valley Children’s Hemophilia Treatment Center
