Arrange fruit on a plate that can
hold the chocolate cup. Put 1 ounce chopped chocolate in a small ramekin or glass
custard cup. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir. Even if it doesn't look melted,
it
will be. Be careful not to scorch! Serve with a large toothpick and dip.
Options: You can replace dried
apricots with 3 dried peaches, 3 dried figs, 28 dried cherries, or anything that a
toothpick will hold to dip.
