Valley Children’s Pediatric Residency Program Announces Fellowship Match Results

(Madera, Calif.) – Valley Children’s Pediatric Residency Program, affiliated with Stanford University School of Medicine, announced six fellowship matches Nov. 30, on national fellowship match day, when pediatric resident graduates-to-be around the country find out where they will continue their pediatric subspecialty training. Five of the program’s third-year pediatric residents and one of its chief residents have matched with top centers across the country to continue their training in esteemed fellowship programs.

Dr. Kelly Hady : Pediatric Pulmonology, Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA
Dr. Maryam Hockley:  Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Phoenix, AZ
Dr. Krystal Jin: Pediatric Pulmonology, Stanford Health Care, Palo Alto, CA

“We are so very proud of these pediatric residents and all they have accomplished in their time at Valley Children’s and are excited to see what they achieve from here,” said Valley Children’s Pediatric Residency Program Director Dr. Vini Vijayan. “As we celebrate these impressive fellowship matches, we also want to recognize and thank all of their mentors, coaches and core faculty on their guidance in mentoring these future pediatric subspecialists.”

Drs. Ang, Benke, Hady, Hockley and Jin will join their colleagues in the Class of 2023 for pediatric residency program graduation in June. They will then begin their fellowship training at their matched institution.
