Physicians are welcome to join us on Thursday, June 13 from 12:15-1 p.m. for a lunch and learn lecture in our Physician Leadership Academy series. This activity will define how a leader can motivate and encourage team members by modeling the way and building credibility. Participants will look at simple steps they can take now to create, support, and feed a strong team dynamic where people feel safe, valued and challenged -- including the leaders.
