Hometown:
Anacortes, WA

Medical School:
Tulane University School of Medicine

About Me:
As a son of a Naval officer, I spent my childhood moving from coast to coast, including Pennsylvania, California, and Louisiana before my family settled in Washington. I attended Washington State University where I received my BS in Bioengineering. I joined the United States Air Force when I matched at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. At Tulane I realized my passion for pediatric medicine and began the search for residency programs that also reflected that passion. I currently live in North Fresno.

Why I Chose Valley Children's Pediatric Residency Program:
The physicians, nurses, and staff I met are the friendliest and most engaging I’ve seen anywhere. As a stand-alone pediatric hospital serving the Central Valley, Valley Children’s Hospital sees everything from the everyday to the rare, and is a major advocate for children in an underserved area.

Hobbies:
Hiking, cycling, reading, baking, pub crawls, hitting up the gym, listening to music, karaoke, video games and exploring new places!

Advocacy/Research:
Firearm safety

Care Philosophy:
I believe that by bringing our best every day and connecting with our patients and their families on a personal level, we are able to bring world class care in a hometown setting.
