Why did you choose Valley Children's Pediatric Residency Program?
I chose Valley Children's Pediatric Residency Program because I felt that the program's mission statement strongly resonated with my future goals as a future physician. Valley Children's Healthcare is so unique in the fact that every member of the Valley Children's Healthcare team is so important and highly valued as a team member. I truly felt at home the moment I stepped into the hospital.

Hobbies:
Hiking, watching Korean dramas, spending time with my dog (shoutout to Bruce)

Advocacy and/or Research Accomplishments:
At-risk/underserved youth mentorship program in San Bernardino county, mental health care for impoverished youth in the Inland Empire. Research experience includes studying the effect of physical appearance and gender bias.

Care Philosophy:
I believe that every child -- regardless of his or her socioeconomic status, culture and ethnic background, and religious affiliation -- deserves equal treatment.
