Why did you choose Valley Children's Pediatric Residency Program?
From the first moment I stepped into Valley Children’s Hospital I felt surrounded by colleagues that had a passion for the Central Valley community and the health of the children in it. The environment is supportive and family-like, an environment which will allow me to grow as a person and pediatrician. At Valley Children’s, learning opportunities are endless with a large catchment area and an array of pediatric specialists excited to educate residents.

Hobbies:
Running, swimming, hiking, camping, backpacking, learning to play the ukulele, playing with my dog, gardening and crocheting

Advocacy Accomplishments:
I have spent time volunteering with and advocating for the under-served on both an individual and community level. I feel especially passionate about teenage reproductive health, food security for kids and learning healthy habits from a young age.
