Valley Children’s Healthcare Foundation (“Valley Children’s”) respects your privacy and is committed to adhering to all applicable laws, policies and guidelines that are established to protect your confidentiality. Valley Children’s will never sell, trade, or rent your information to any other companies or individuals. We may, however, use the information provided to create an internal donation record and/or to occasionally send you updates regarding our organization via email should you opt-in to receive those updates.

Should you ever wish to correct your information or opt-out of being contacted in any way, you may let us know at any time by emailing us at foundation@valleychildrens.org. You also maintain the right to opt-out of SMS correspondence by texting “STOP” to the shortcode provided on our Web Site (message and data rates may apply), and to opt-out of e-mail correspondence by utilizing the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of our e-newsletter. Please note that Valley Children’s will never contact you by SMS or e-mail unless you have first subscribed to one or both of those programs.
