Free clinic will be held at:
Hilmar High School

Hilmar, CA 95324

Saturday, August 4, 2018
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Vaccinations available include: Polio, DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis) or DT (diphtheria and tetanus only), MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella), HIB Meningitis (haemophilus influenzae B), Hepatitis B, and Varicella (chickenpox).

Both the sport and school physical meet the state standards as published by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
