Dr. Maniam-Moahn has presented at national and regional conferences on topics including awareness and utilization of emergency medical services by limited English proficient patient families in the emergency department, and thermometer-induced acrodynia. She also participated in an international medicine joint project involving lead poisoning research.

Dr. Maniam-Moahn received her medical degree from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute in Chennai Tamil Nadu, India. She completed pediatric residencies at Henry Ford Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, Mich. Dr. Maniam-Moahn completed a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Michigan.
