Practice Philosophy

“I truly feel so rewarded when I can give quality and up-to-date medical services to my patients, especially those who struggle to find or otherwise lack access to healthcare.”

Dr. Agnes Bosch joined Valley Children’s as an OB/GYN at Warner Women’s Healthcare in Fresno in September 2021.

After receiving her medical degree from UNIBE Medicine Program in the Dominican Republic, Dr. Bosch went on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Bosch has presented research and case reports at several industry gatherings, including most recently at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists 2020 annual meeting in Seattle. Her research has included identifying complications in the immediate postpartum period in HIV-positive patients, which aimed to develop preventative methods and techniques in order to decrease maternal mortality.

In her role as an OB/GYN, Dr. Bosch is passionate about providing services to underserved communities and brings her perspective as a woman and mother to identify with patients – especially those experiencing high-risk pregnancies – with compassion and understanding. She is also passionate about preventive medicine and educating young women to take control of their health and reproductive decisions. For her elderly patients, she is dedicated to assisting them on achieving the best quality of life, despite changes they may be encountering as they transition to new life stages.

However, Dr. Bosch’s commitment to serving others extends beyond her work as a physician. Her volunteer and community service efforts include providing gynecological services throughout Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria and serving as a medical translator in the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Bosch speaks English and is a native Spanish speaker.
