Physician Wellness Series

Valley Children’s Physician Wellness Series includes speakers who focus on topics that affect physicians' lives, both professionally and personally. The series covers a variety of topics, from stress management to resilience to burnout prevention and more, with the goal of helping physicians connect and build skills to enhance their practice and their lives. Topics may address any or all dimensions of health, including social, emotional, occupational, physical, spiritual, and mental, and will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to implement health alternatives in any of the wellness dimensions.
