Mascot Request Form

George is Valley Children’s mascot and loves to meet children throughout the Valley. If you would like George to make an appearance at your event, please fill out this request. Note: Requests must be made at least three weeks in advance of the event, windows of appearances are limited to one hour and approval of your request does not guarantee George’s appearance. All requests must be approved by Valley Children’s Public Relations team. If you have any questions, please call 559-353-7052.
