September 22, 2018

|

8:30 AM  to  2:30 PM

Valley Children's invites you to attend the 3rd Annual Childhood Cancer Survivorship Conference on Saturday, Sept. 22. This free educational program is hosted by Valley Children's Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program, a program of Valley Children's Cancer and Blood Disorder Center in partnership with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, for childhood cancer survivors, family members and healthcare professionals.

Come learn about life transitions after high school and applying to colleges and jobs. Exhibitors from local colleges and community agencies will be present.  We will also be celebrating survivors, hearing from some of our own survivors and revealing our new Survivorship Social Group name.
