Stephanie Vance

Vice President, Finance
 

Stephanie Vance is vice president, finance at Valley Children’s Hospital. In this role, Stephanie oversees the general accounting functions, internal and external reporting and audits, and the budget and financial planning for the Hospital, the Foundation, and Specialty Medical Group, Valley Children’s physician partner. She also oversees cost accounting and decision support functions and serves as the primary contact with investment managers, insurance brokers and rating agencies.

Stephanie joined Valley Children’s in 1997 and has had various responsibilities in general accounting, budgeting and financial planning/analysis. Prior to Valley Children’s, Stephanie worked in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche where she was responsible for tax compliance and financial statement audit engagements for clients in agriculture, banking, manufacturing and healthcare industries.

Stephanie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and Leadership Fresno – Class XXII alumni. She enjoys volunteering through her church and parent-teacher club.

Stephanie received a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration – accountancy from California State University, Fresno.
