Board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology, Dr. Brian Lee began working at Valley Children’s in 2022 as a pediatric cardiologist. 

Prior to Valley Children’s, Dr. Brian Lee worked at Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois where he completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology. 

Dr. Lee's research has been published in notable peer-reviewed journals, including a publication on alpha-blockade during congenital heart surgery admissions featured in Pediatric Cardiology. He has also presented his research in Washington, D.C. through oral and poster presentations discussing topics of depression, anxiety and stress in parents of patients with congenital heart disease. 

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Dr. Lee went on to complete his pediatric residency at the University of California, Irvine. 

Through his exceptional work, Dr. Lee has been dedicated to caring for fetuses, infants, children and adolescents with cardiovascular or cardiac abnormalities.
