Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Julia Tzeng joined Valley Children’s in August 2013 as a pediatric nephrologist. Prior to joining Children’s, Dr. Tzeng worked as a physician at Palos Verdes Medical Group, in Rolling Hills Estates, California.
Dr. Tzeng has presented on various topics in her field. She is a member of several professional organizations, including American Society of Nephrology, and American Society of Pediatric Nephrology.
Dr. Tzeng received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Mass. She completed her pediatric internship, residency and fellowship at Mattel Children’s Hospital University of California-Los Angeles in Los Angeles, Calif. She is an active candidate in pediatric nephrology by the American Board of Pediatric Nephrology.
Dr. Tzeng is proficient in Spanish and conversant in Mandarin.
