Dr. Sindhura Gandham joined Valley Children’s as a pediatric hospitalist in August 2010. Dr. Gandham’s research on total anomalous pulmonary venous return presenting beyond the neonatal period has been presented at the Pediatric Academic Societies Conference.
She has also served as a research assistant at the Center for Craniofacial Molecular Biology at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, Calif. Board eligible in pediatrics, Dr. Gandham is a member of several professional societies including the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association.
Active in the community, Dr. Gandham volunteered for four years at the Los Angeles County-USC Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.Dr. Gandham received her medical degree from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, and completed her pediatric residency at the University of California, San Francisco – Fresno, where she was chief resident.
