Painted Rocks Spread Kindness for Valley Children’s Patients and Staff

(Madera, Calif.) – Staff and visitors to Valley Children’s Hospital were recently delighted to find a nice surprise in the hospital’s flowerbeds: rocks painted with kid-friendly pictures and inspirational messages to spread the cheer for staff and patients alike. Rock Visalia with Kindness, a community group based in the South Valley, provided the painted gifts for everyone to take home as part of their mission to spread kindness, one rock at a time.

Rock Visalia with Kindness encourages everyone to try spreading joy through painting rocks with uplifting messages. Aside from spreading positivity, painting rocks and placing them for others to find can be a fun activity for the whole family. You can learn more about Rock Visalia with Kindness’s mission to spread joy and kindness across the Central Valley on their Facebook page.
